Apologies for the lack of reporting last week but much time was spent on securing pitches for the second half of the season. We look to have finally settled on a set of fixtures that will decide who will seal the championship and cup/plate this year! It is fair to say  there are some exciting and intriguing games ahead and with teams close on points we could be in for a few surprises along the way. 

Cast your minds back to Feb 8 and you'll remember that there were a number of hard fought games; Vikings overcame a resilient Aioli side in the final minutes to maintain their challenge for honours. Gealic ran out 2-0 winners over this year's enigma, Nippon. Finally, reigning champs Rangers started to flex their muscles and make a 'Sharples like' dash towards the summit when they defeated a game GSAS side 3-1. 

Last week Aioli finally got the win that their performances have often deserved when they took the points off 1TM with a 4-1 victory. OG opened up a lead at the top of the division when they scored two without reply when facing Gealic and in the only other game of the day Hibs narrowly beat Hotspurs 2-1. So where does that all leave us I hear you cry? Well only 5 points separate the top 5 teams so all is to play for. Cup returns next week and this may prove the only chance of silverware for a number of teams so we can expect some hard fought battles!
