Outstanding team work & performance from GSAS

Lads are improving in keeping their focus on the game simultaneously with laughing. Great team attitude, Great to see the team step up this week in a great game. An end to end match where both teams played very well. we made some great attempts at goal with everyone having some great passing opportunities, our defense was a little strained however they worked hard on 25 mn We went up 1-0 after Dee stole a header and perfectly placed into the net. In the second half Latini levelled the field in searching of goal our team had an amazing level of focus and effort. We kept latini scoreless, with 18 minutes to go we played one man down after TAKA sent off for foul but kept the spirit till we had our chance to kill the game from a great counterattack played between Dee and Basti who found the back of the net to make it 2-0. Some great defending in the last 10 minutes saw us hold onto our lead and grab a well-deserved victory. well-played game. We moved the ball and looked for each other and created a lot of chances.You ALL played great.

I kindly asked the lads to send me a report for this game as I wasn't there, however nobody did. Probably because we lost 2-0. However, using my initiative i waited for the German to upload their report 1st and thought i would apply a good old bit of plagiarism (a skill i really excelled at during my University years. 2.1 honours if you're asking) A box to box game where both teams played really great. The Germans went 1-0 up through a header around the 25minute mark. In the 2nd half we really stepped it up a gear and went looking for an equaliser. However the Germans couldn't be broken down and even though they were reduced to 10 men with somewhere between 17-19 minutes remaining, they actually finished off the game with a neat counter attack. MOM 1TM Latini - Duplo DOD - Sozza MOM GAS - Didnt vote on that ... maybe give to one of the Centre Backs as they kept an impressive clean sheet from their point of view.
