Game started with a huge surprise as Mr. Thun finally scored his very first goal for GAS after having played for us in ca. 100 matches. And if that was not enough he even scored a second one which left the GAS fans believe something was wrong with their beer...

Also in the first half, Vikings No. 18 (the water snatcher!!!) scored a nice header, so 2-1 at halftime.

Some minutes played it was Micha to shoot in the third goal for GAS. But instead of securing the win Vikings made it 2-3. A freekick from Volker bounced back to him and realising his right foot was not the one to be used he smashed it in with the left one. But yet again Vikings made it 3-4 after a penalty. And within 5 Minutes the Germans got another one which led to a loud cheer from the Vikings Fans.

Last minutes saw GAS preasuring a bit more for the winner but nothing really spectacular. 

Thanks Vikings for a fair game (with no cards I guess - you might complain about not showing a card for the penalty but there were other things were the ref let the game flow as well, and that´s how it should be: Noone should be sent off in a fair game like this!). 

Even though we cannot wish you the best for the rest of the season (we still try to get you) we wish you a lot of fun at the Vikings Cup with your fellow countrymen!

GAS is off to BKK and surely will see some known faces there.
