Das ist Gut Ja!
A good physical game with a 3-3 scoreline perhaps slightly flattering the german allstars who dug deep in the second half without posing too much threat.  SCC were a little sluggish in the beginning and the GAS striker scored a very good goal.  JD had us level pretty quickly and Yossi put us ahead,

Then a bizarre goal as one of our players passed to the right back (who was in the bushes releiving himself) and to the surprise of the opposition left winger (at least 50 yards offside) except the pass was from our player so on he goes and scores. bizarre and not seen a goal like that for some time.  Hutch puts us ahead again before half time and we were very comfortable until  the last two minutes when our keeper was fouled in the lead up to the equaliser., but hey thats footy.  Good appearances from the SCC subs also.

Anyway, the goal stood and lets give credit to the all stars for playing a good game and not giving in. their two strikers played well and looked dangerous on the break. we have work to do ahead of the cup final next week and we will be hoping our missing players are back in action.
