Ubin makes a good start at new home pitch
A 3pm kick off on a day as hot as inside an F1 engine, set the scene for a debut at Tanglin Sports Complex, Ubin's new home pitch. And a happy debut it was.

All goals came in first half. Ubin started brilliantly with Mike B scoring within 3 minutes after a good through ball from our new Vietnamese Steven. Germans came back fairly quickly to put the score level after a header on a set piece.

Rob secured the lead with a solo effort after 20mins, going passed probably half of the German team. Great effort by Rob. 3rd goal came not long after, after good co-operation between Jon C, Pete and Steven putting it into the net.

Germans put some more pressure on in 2nd half, but the Ubin defense soaking up well. Ubin putting on more fresh legs in midfield and up front continued to aim for more counterattacks.
