Having said that, Casuals were just much better on that day. We can talk tactics, line up, players missing etc... the fact is that their level of stamina was the one we had in Nov/Dec/Jan when we did win most of our games including against them. When we dont train physically (3 weeks including a memorable stag week in macau!) , we become vulnerable and we cant play our passes, good football etc.... in a nutshell no need to over analyze. We did fight our best, but they won the key challenges and made the best of their occasions.

Casuals scored 3 terrific goals and 2 were given away by us. (1st and 4th both early in each half)

Stand out performance from Tom Bennet. Capello may phone him. 

Owain/Greg/Ross/Dave are just animals on the pitch in a great spirit. Sincerely inspiring! Very hard to get pass them. super quality.

Mom goes to Benji who played well and came all the way from Korea (shipyard in Busan I think) to play with us. 

Midfield  & defense had a shocking performance. 

These last few games were eye opener for me and if we learn from them we can bounce back even stronger. I hope each of us (and certainly myself!) will need to do some self-assessment and maintain the will to improve for what are 3 very goods games to come.
