Coach insisted in delivering a good performance along the 90 min but eventually thats not the way it happened (time to change the coach??). Latini started well and quickly 2-0 up with Darren & Nico N goals. From this moment onwards we started to play like shit or/and stopped playing as a team. During the next next 30 min (20-25 in 1st half) and 10 min in the 2nd half we were literally dominated by Nippon with a 2-2 score on min 50 of the game (no comments on the goals) .  A big portion of this come back has to be credited to Nippon Team, which incredibly improved this year especially in midfield and much safer at the back. With a striker and a keeper there would have at least 10-15 points more (probably also like 5 other different teams...). The other explanation is that Latini has not been producing a good 90 min game since January. The problem is both mental and physical. At some points we loose team focus and also we are not as fit as earlier this year when we used to train harder. We tend to think that being top table is enough to win games. well its not. The line between top 3 and top 8 is very thin. 

However, compared to other seasons we have mental resources which allow us to do the job with 3 points more, thanks a spirited performance from the old soldiers. Credit to Bobo with 2 goals, Angel and Gypsy scoring the winner @ 2-2.

4 finals to play for Latini to clinch a champions league spot. We need to play much better than that, more disciplined, more focused. The shame will be that we will miss again keys players for Casuals games similar to SCC games. (no excuse though, I guess same for every team)

Stand out performance for Angel Gordito who did a very good first season, very team spirited. We count on him and our Morocann pepite  for next year.

Gypsy & Bobo, very good game in terms of spirit and hate of being defeated which some of players miss a LOT

Man of the game goes to Nicolas Nussbaumer who did a very good first half, worked hard and well on the right, tight on the man marking, one goal and following strictly his captain Darren instructions. Always there with the smile, the will to do well for the team and not for himself although I did not give him much time this season. An example to be inspired from to a couple of players.

Managing a team is also becoming a burden in some instances when dealing with players who have not played in clubs or lack the team spirit.  One has the impression that the only thing that matters during the game is their performance....a very self centered attitude. anyway......

The league is getting extremely exciting, I cant recall an easy game this year even in high scores. This league goes in the right direction with more quality, team and team managers being well organized, and most importantly seeing all players with the right attitude every Saturdays. Last important thing to improve will probably be the pitches, we can do better.
