A Absolute Belter
This is probably one of the best games I have ever seen in the Cosmo, it was probably even better being a neutral. Being involved was full of challenges the first coming after 15 minutes when Wes our keeper made a brave interception on the edge of the book and lasted only another few minutes before he had to come off....knee ligaments. Kadir was the first to volunteer his services but I went for rent boy as he always performs well in training and 5 a side, to be fair he did really well. Not long after that we went a goal down to a screamer from Trigger, Elliot having no chance whatsoever. We rode the first half out albiet we didn't create more than a stone wall penalty for handball on the line, it happened at 0-0.... for the second time in three weeks we have had goals denied that would have turned the game, when will we get the rub of the green. As the game kicked off late the second half was played in ideal conditions, even if it was a bit dark at the end. Failure to clear and SCC persitent saw a second and then the game changed. Two players sent off they both deserved a change of tactics at our end and suddenly we had all the possesion and even had our opponents rattled, unfortunately there was on one cleared chance which fell to Buffy, had it gone in with ten to play we might have got a second. All ifs and buts, the one certain thing is our false league position. Well done lads a galant performance and well done Owen and the SCC. Look forward to the re-match.
