Reds leave it late
The scoreline infers this was far more comfortable than it was.

Casuals lined up in familiar formation against a Rangers team lined up to keep the game tight with a strong 5 man defence and holding midfield.

The Reds were largely in the ascendancy but Rangers managed to score with their only attack in the first half and went into the break 1 down..  The Red's slow possession game did not help too much as the Rangers sat back and protecting their lead.

Second half and the game followed the same pattern until on the hour a good passing move led to Mal firing into the roof of the net.

Casuals made changes and the game started to turn - Franny and Gordy giving energy on the flanks..  The game was still locked until with 5 to go, Franny charged down a defender which led to the ball falling into the path of Mooney who curled home from 20 yards, to the great relief of the Casuals.

This rather broke the spirit of the Rangers and Alvaro in goal made saves from Gordy and Franny before Owain exchanged passes with Jamie and made it 3. 

3 points but the Casuals will need to improve...
