Game played under good pitch and weather conditions, that seemed to suit a very inspired Hotspurs team. With a good turn-out today, we were hoping to display some good football and gather one or more points to finish the season. That plan was put into disarray very quickly with the Hotspurs being first on the ball, all the time, and their local striker, partnering with Essad in front, making the best of two defensive blunders (I donâ??t want to name our guilty player, but that was rather poor for this level!!!) within the first ten minutes scored twice. Then, two penalties were awarded to Hotspurs during the remainder of the half (could have been 3 penalties actually) neatly converted by that same Hotspurs striker, whoâ??s got to be MoM. 4-0 down at half-time. On our side, we had a few good chances with one of them ending on the post and the other one was a shot from Henry straight into the arms of Neil in goals.
Â
The second half was better in a way since we only lost 3-0 for this half!!! Hotspurs on a very good day were obviously using this game to improve their goal difference, ,which might be important for them for the end of season ranking, and at times, the game looked like a typical attack-defence exercise, similar to a training, but our expenses. Manager Steve Clark even joined the fun with 15 minutes to go and unleashed a powerful shot on our bar. It says it all (no disrespect there Steveâ?¦).

Looking forward to playing our last game of the season against the Swiss, and hence, put a lid on this other disappointing one.
