The Casuals started with the same 11 who performed well last week and were a little sluggish to get moving, failing to utilise the width offered at the Association. On 15 mins, Casuals were rather gifted a goal when a free kick was hit along the ground and turned home by Tom from 6 yards - to this end there was only one winner with the Casuals having more territory but few chances. Tom scored again before completing his hat-trick after Dave hit a post. Half time and 3 up from 4 chances.
Second half and the game became a little more stretched - quick ball led to a good move and Trent finished on the far post. Mooney curled home from a free kick before scoring again after a good ball from fellow replacement Cyr. From there on in there were chances at both ends, the Casuals, guilty at times of not clearing their lines, but looking dangerous when the ball came forward, however no more goals.
A good win for the Reds who aim for a strong finish to the campaign.
