Casuals lined up with a strong 11, despite missing some regulars. The Casuals were slow to start and managed to score with their first attempt when the returning Mooney latched onto a throughball from Webbo. Tom made it two after a solo run and on half time Gordy smashed in the third - Hibs had their moments in the half so was a flattering scoreline.

Second half and Doug extended the lead but the Casuals toiled rather with the Hibs getting one back from a pen. Casuals should have extended their lead through Mooney and then Phil and was left until the final minute when Trent made it 5.
