Brewerkz always look forward to playing Latini, but did not show it this weekend. From start to finish, the Latini just wanted it more and frankly the Brewerkz made it a comfortable 3 1 win for our opponents.

No excuses can be drawn from missing six possible starters, including our leading goal scorer Yazid - we clearly had a strong enough team to win the game.

Only bright spot for Brewerkz was the last 20 when we played with more passion and scored through Ganesh to make it 2 1. We could have scored an undeserved equalizer, but it was not to be. Latini finished us off with a clever chip over our advancing keeper.

Hats off to Latini for playing a solid game in good spirit.
