Should it have been more?
First of all the important stuff, get well soon Alex...we all wish you a speedy recovery from your broken ankle. Pure accident, fell awkwardly after a tackle...word of warning 995 doesn't mean speedy ambulance response. The game started with our pacy forwards causing Rangers some problems but as if a carry over from last week we missed a couple of good chances before Pitch latched onto a Jef rebound 3.5 cms from the line to tap in. Then shortly afterwards Faz managed to make it 2 and we looked like we were on our way to a comfortable win. Wrong again, Rangers pulled one back just before half time. We made a number of changes in the second half but we were unable to increase our lead and at the end of the day we were gratful for the 3 points. Our thanks to Rangers for a competitive game.
