A good second half
 Scorching sun at Dempsey for our encounter against SCC. No big expectations from our team against the top team, except to try to resist and defend tightly as long as possible.
Unfortunately individual mistakes give SCC a 1-0 advantage early on. Our team would suffer physically and lack of focus combined with nervous verbal exchange between our players would help SCC put 4 goals in before halftime. With a 5-0 deficit at halftime, our prospects didn't look good.
However, we tried to get back in the game and changed from 4-3-3 to 4-4-2 to have more players in midfield and every single player raised his level in second half. We fought hard to keep a clean sheet and players showed commitment and solidarity, virtues that were patently absent in the first half. We even managed to be more and more dangerous and got several good shot on target or close to target. Our efforts we rewarded 10 min before the end, as Fred - Juninho- Carron, cooly lobbed SCC goalkeeper after he went out of his D-box .
So we won the second half 1-0 against SCC which is a good performance for us.
Thanks to SCC for a fair game.
Central referee was good and handled the game very well but the linesmen (especially one of them) were really awful and below the standard of the league.
