Well not the best of starts for the new look ISA Lions, having trained hard over the last three weeks and after two friendly games that showed great promise we perhaps entered this game underestimating the opposition and being a bit over confident. At times we played some good football, although we lacked imagination in trying to breakdown the superb German defence, and long/high balls were always going to give them the advantage. Faz scored a great goal to level the score at 1-1 and we hit the bar twice more before half time but in reality we were always chasing this game and it is very much back to the drawing board before Nippon next week, lets hope there is a wounded animal reaction. Well done to the Germans, thank you for a very competitive game and to Alex who did his usual good job.
