On a pitch that was unsuitable for a soccer match the Dutch played a very mediocre game: total football is supposed to be played on grass, not in a swamp. Only a handful chances were created of which the majority in the first half, while most of the possession throughout the game was for Ubin. Fulltime came with 0-4, which could have been more if Ubin’s two penalties wouldn’t have been stopped by Tommy.

Thanks to Ubin for keeping it a fair game. Next week the Dutch will enjoy a well-deserved rest at Phuket; it has been a tough first half of the season.
